Welcome to Loch Art of Tain and our range of hand-drawn, illustrated maps of regions of Scotland, Gaelic maps and cards, hand-coloured prints and a new range of hand-crafted gifts.
The designs of the maps are produced entirely by hand using a pen and ink – not a computer – and are all litho printed on quality parchment paper.
The regional Scottish maps feature historical, archaeological, geographical and natural history of the area. The Gaelic maps have been produced with the help of local native Gaelic speakers and incorporate the local placenames in use today.
The Celtic cards and Gaelic cards are also all drawn by hand and are litho printed on quality card stock. Most have been left blank inside for your own message whilst the Gaelic Christmas and New Year cards have Gaelic greetings inside.
